Favorite Tool: left handed money wrench.
Favorite DIY Project: the next one….to the detriment of the current one.
Why I wanted to get involved with NEPTL: I wanted to expand tool access for our community, cut down on unnecessary consumption, and encourage the reuse of tools that are typically needed only infrequently.
My Background: I am one of NEPTL’s founding members and have served on the board since its inception. A long-time resident of Northeast Portland, I have been deeply engaged in local community efforts, including neighborhood associations and multiple tool libraries, where I’ve helped strengthen access, collaboration, and shared resources. Now retired from a career in real estate finance, I continue to stay active by renovating homes and taking on hands-on projects. Always on the lookout for the next opportunity to build, improve, or restore, I bring both practical experience and steady leadership to the NEPTL board.
