Why I wanted to get involved with NEPTL: I got involved with NEPTL because of how it empowers people to fix, improve, and create the world around us with our own hands. I love connecting with my neighbors and I also really like tools!

My Background:  I grew up in Portland and learned the power of DIY from my parents and grandparents. I work as a project manager on local transportation safety projects. I like building guitars, restoring vintage woodworking machines, and fixing up my old house.

I joined NEPTL as a member in 2009 and have been volunteering and on the board since 2010.
